Website information

The information on this site is for general guidance. Service descriptions, package examples and prices are not binding offers. The scope, timing, deliverables and final price of a project are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement.

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or oblige either party to enter into an agreement. Please do not send confidential information until we have agreed how it will be handled.

Intellectual property

The WebSteer name, website design, content and materials remain our property unless a written agreement says otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without permission.

Links and availability

This website may link to external services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. We may update, suspend or remove website content at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on general website information or temporary website unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
